  • 300g broccoli
  • 200g carrot
  • 30g butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Begin by washing the broccoli and cutting it into florets. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the carrots to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
  4. Next, add the broccoli florets to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cover the skillet to steam the vegetables for another 5 minutes, or until they are tender yet crisp.
  5. Remove the lid and stir everything together for another minute. Check the seasoning and add more salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Serve warm as a delicious side dish.
