Ingredients:

  • 200g broccoli
  • 150g carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30g butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash the broccoli and carrots under cold water. Cut the broccoli into florets and the carrots into thin slices.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced carrots to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Next, add the broccoli florets to the skillet, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately as a delicious side dish.
