Garlic Butter Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients:
- 250g broccoli
- 200g carrots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 50g butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Wash the broccoli and carrots thoroughly. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Add the carrots to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to soften.
- Stir in the broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
