  • 250g broccoli
  • 200g carrots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 50g butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash the broccoli and carrots thoroughly. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
  4. Add the carrots to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to soften.
  5. Stir in the broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
