Garlic Butter Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients:
- 300 g broccoli
- 200 g carrots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 50 g butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Wash the broccoli and carrots thoroughly.
- Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced carrots and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still bright in color.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
