Ingredients:

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 200 g carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 50 g butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash the broccoli and carrots thoroughly.
  2. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the sliced carrots and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still bright in color.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
