Garlic Butter Broccoli and Carrots
A delightful and nutritious side dish made with broccoli and carrots, sautéed in garlic butter. Perfectly complements any main course!
Ingredients:
- 300g broccoli
- 200g carrots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 50g butter
Instructions:
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets.
- Peel the carrots and slice them into thin rounds.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the carrots to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 5-7 minutes until both the broccoli and carrots are tender but still vibrant in color.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
