Garlic Butter Broccoli and Carrots

A delightful and nutritious side dish made with broccoli and carrots, sautéed in garlic butter. Perfectly complements any main course!

Ingredients:

  • 300g broccoli
  • 200g carrots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 50g butter

Instructions:

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets.
  2. Peel the carrots and slice them into thin rounds.
  3. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the carrots to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 5-7 minutes until both the broccoli and carrots are tender but still vibrant in color.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
