Garlic Butter Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 300g broccoli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30g butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and rinse them under cold water.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet, and stir well to coat them in the garlic butter.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue to sauté for 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still bright green.
