Ingredients:

  • 150g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 50g potato chips
  • 100g prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped bell pepper and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Add the thinly sliced prosciutto and gently toss to mix the ingredients.
