Crispy Veggie Chips

Enjoy these delicious and healthy crispy veggie chips made from fresh vegetables. A perfect snack for any time of the day!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes and carrot. Slice them thinly using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer.
  3. Wash the zucchini and slice it thinly as well.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil and salt until well coated.
  5. Spread the vegetable slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the chips are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through the baking time.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Serve as a delightful snack!
