Crispy Vegetable Fritters
Delightful and crispy vegetable fritters made with fresh veggies, perfect for a wholesome snack!
Ingredients:
- 200g carrot
- 100g zucchini
- 100g onion
- 2 eggs
- 50g flour
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- sunflower oil for frying
Instructions:
- Grate the carrot and zucchini using a box grater.
- Finely chop the onion.
- In a bowl, combine the grated carrot, zucchini, chopped onion, beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the mixture holds together.
- Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of a spatula.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fritters from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice.
