Ingredients:

- 1 zucchini (grated)
- 100g flour
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine grated carrots and zucchini.
- Add flour and the beaten egg to the bowl and mix well until everything is combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot pan, flatten them slightly to form fritters.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
