Crispy Vegetable Fritters

Delicious and crispy vegetable fritters made with fresh vegetables, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots (grated)
  • 1 zucchini (grated)
  • 100g flour
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine grated carrots and zucchini.
  2. Add flour and the beaten egg to the bowl and mix well until everything is combined.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot pan, flatten them slightly to form fritters.
  5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
