Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams of cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots and potato, then cut them into sticks.
  3. Wash the zucchini and cut it into sticks as well.
  4. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  5. In a bowl, combine the vegetable sticks with the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are crispy and golden brown.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
