Ingredients:

  • 300 grams fresh salmon fillet
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes and place them in a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
