Ingredients:

  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 300ml cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced carrots, diced potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, and broccoli florets.
  3. Add the cream, salt, and pepper to the vegetable mix, and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
