Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g broccoli, chopped
  • 150g cheese, grated
  • 300ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the diced potatoes, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked vegetables with cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
