Creamy Vegetable Bake

This creamy vegetable bake combines the natural flavors of seasonal vegetables with a rich and cheesy sauce. Perfect as a comforting side dish or a main course packed with nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 200g potato
  • 150g zucchini
  • 100g broccoli
  • 150g cheese
  • 200ml milk
  • 50g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and slice the potato into thin rounds.
  3. Slice the zucchini and cut the broccoli into small florets.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  5. Layer the potato, zucchini, and broccoli in a greased baking dish, sprinkling some of the sautéed onions and garlic between layers.
  6. In a bowl, combine milk and cheese, and pour evenly over the layered vegetables.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
