Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta
  • 150g spinach
  • 200g tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100ml cream
  • 50g cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the cream and mix well, letting it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated cheese.
