Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta
  • 150g spinach
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g cheese
  • 30g butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender.
  5. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the spinach and mushroom mixture.
  7. Add cheese and mix well until the cheese melts and coats the pasta.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
