Ingredients:

  • 250g pasta
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 100g spinach
  • 200ml cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and browned.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the cream and let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Add cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, possibly garnished with additional cheese if desired.
