Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta
  • 100g spinach
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100ml cream
  • 30g cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat some butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they start to brown.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then add cooked pasta.
  6. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated cheese.
