Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 50g spinach
  • 150ml cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
  4. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the cream, mixing well, and add grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it well with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with more cheese if desired.
