  • 200g pasta
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100ml cream
  • 50g cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the cream, stirring well to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it with the creamy mushroom sauce until evenly coated.
