Creamy Garlic Chicken with Zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams chicken breast
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced zucchini. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until zucchini is tender.
  5. Pour in the cream and stir well to combine, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
