Ingredients:
- 400g chicken breast
- 200g spinach
- 150g mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic
- 200ml cream
- 50g butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Slice the chicken breast into strips and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the cream and stir to combine, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
