Creamy Garlic Chicken with Spinach and Mushrooms

A delicious and creamy garlic chicken dish sautéed with fresh spinach and mushrooms, perfect for a hearty main course that the entire family will love.

Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken breast
  • 200g spinach
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200ml cream
  • 50g butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Slice the chicken breast into strips and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Pour in the cream and stir to combine, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything to coat in the creamy sauce.
  10. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
