Creamy Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 200g broccoli
- 150g mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic
- 200ml cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and broccoli, sautéing for about 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden and the broccoli is tender.
- Pour in the cream and stir to combine, allowing it to simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce with the mushrooms and broccoli.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
