Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 200g broccoli
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200ml cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and broccoli, sautéing for about 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden and the broccoli is tender.
  6. Pour in the cream and stir to combine, allowing it to simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce with the mushrooms and broccoli.
  8. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
