Creamy Garlic Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast
- 200g broccoli
- 4 cloves garlic
- 200ml cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add to the pan. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the cream and stir well. Allow it to simmer for 2 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Return the chicken to the pan and coat it with the creamy sauce, cooking for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
