Ingredients:

  • 250 grams pasta
  • 200 grams chicken breast
  • 150 grams broccoli
  • 200 grams cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the peanut oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces to the skillet, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still vibrant in color.
  5. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine everything well. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes to thicken the sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional salt and pepper if desired.
