Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken breast
  • 200g broccoli
  • 150g cheese
  • 200g cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g rice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat some butter and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for a few minutes until slightly tender.
  6. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, chicken mixture, and cream. Stir in half of the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
