  • 150g cucumber
  • 100g bell pepper
  • 100g tomato
  • 50g spinach

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under running water and pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. Chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
  3. Dice the bell pepper and add it to the bowl with the cucumber.
  4. Chop the tomato into small cubes and mix it into the salad bowl.
  5. Roughly chop the spinach and add it for extra nutrition and color.
  6. Gently toss all the ingredients together to combine them well.
  7. You can drizzle some olive oil and lemon juice over the salad for added flavor (optional).
