Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast (200g)
  • 1 bell pepper (150g)
  • 1 zucchini (150g)
  • 1 onion (100g)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (10g)
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (30ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soy sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the bell pepper, zucchini, and onion into thin strips or rings.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sunflower oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in the chopped vegetables and sauté for an additional 5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce if desired, then stir to combine.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
