Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast (200g)
- 1 bell pepper (150g)
- 1 zucchini (150g)
- 1 onion (100g)
- 2 cloves of garlic (10g)
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (30ml)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the bell pepper, zucchini, and onion into thin strips or rings.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sunflower oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped vegetables and sauté for an additional 5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce if desired, then stir to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
