  • 200ml milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender, then drain.
  3. Cut the broccoli into florets and steam them until tender but still bright green.
  4. Grate the cheese and set aside.
  5. In a baking dish, combine the boiled potatoes, steamed broccoli, and grated cheese, mixing well.
  6. Pour the milk over the mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
