Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 200g broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 300g cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced potatoes, zucchini, broccoli, and bell pepper to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.
