  • 300 g potato
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 100 g cheese
  • 200 g spinach
  • 50 g onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g butter
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the spinach and broccoli to the skillet, cooking until just tender.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, followed by the vegetable mixture.
  6. Pour the milk over the layered vegetables and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
