Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 200g cheese, grated
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the sliced onion until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Layer the sliced potatoes and broccoli florets in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the sautéed onion and garlic mixture over the vegetables.
