Cheesy Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
- Add the sliced potatoes, zucchini, and carrot to the skillet, stirring for a few minutes.
