  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  4. Add the carrots, potatoes, zucchini, and broccoli to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  5. In a baking dish, combine the cooked vegetables with milk and cheese. Mix well and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle additional cheese on top for an extra cheesy crust.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the vegetables are fully cooked and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
