Ingredients:

  • 500g potatoes
  • 200g carrots
  • 300g zucchini
  • 150g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 200ml milk
  • 30g butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
  3. Slice the zucchini and onion thinly, and mince the garlic.
  4. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  5. Add the carrots and potatoes, cook for about 5 minutes, and then add the zucchini.
  6. Pour in the milk, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
  7. Transfer the vegetable mixture into a greased baking dish.
  8. Top with shredded cheese evenly over the vegetables.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
