Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until soft and translucent.
  3. Add sliced potatoes and broccoli florets, cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. In a bowl, combine milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
