Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until soft and translucent.
- Add sliced potatoes and broccoli florets, cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
