Ingredients:

  • 250g carrots
  • 200g potato
  • 150g broccoli
  • 100g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 100g spinach

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
  3. In a pot, boil the carrots and potatoes until tender, then drain.
  4. In a frying pan, sauté chopped onion and garlic until golden.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. In a baking dish, combine the boiled carrots, potatoes, sautéed mixture, and broccoli florets.
  7. Pour milk over the mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
