Cheesy Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 carrots, diced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g cheese, grated
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large pot, boil the potatoes and carrots until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
