Cheesy Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients:
- 300g potatoes
- 200g zucchini
- 150g broccoli
- 100g cheese
- 50g butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 200ml milk
- salt
- pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Peel and slice the potatoes and place them in a pot of boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes and drain.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the sliced zucchini and broccoli florets to the skillet, cooking until just tender.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the cooked potatoes, followed by the zucchini and broccoli mix.
- Pour the milk over the layered vegetables and sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
