Cheesy Vegetable and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
- 400g chicken breast
- 300g broccoli
- 200g carrots
- 200g cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100ml milk
- 200g pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
- Add chopped broccoli and carrots to the pan, cooking until they are slightly tender.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, sautéed veggies, chopped chicken breast, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and pour in the milk. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
