Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken breast
  • 300g broccoli
  • 200g carrots
  • 200g cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100ml milk
  • 200g pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
  4. Add chopped broccoli and carrots to the pan, cooking until they are slightly tender.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, sautéed veggies, chopped chicken breast, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and pour in the milk. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
