A delicious and hearty casserole packed with vegetables and tender chicken, topped with melted cheese for a comforting meal.

Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken breast
  • 200g broccoli
  • 200g carrot
  • 200g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 200ml milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to boil and blanch broccoli and diced carrots for 3-5 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, combine it with the blanched vegetables in a baking dish.
  6. Pour milk over the mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Top with grated cheese evenly over the casserole.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
