Cheesy Vegetable and Chicken Bake

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast
- 200g broccoli
- 150g carrot
- 100g cheese
- 200ml milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300g potato
- 1 onion
- 50g butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them with butter, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and garlic in a little butter until soft.
- Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the chopped broccoli and grated carrot, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- In a baking dish, layer the chicken and vegetable mixture, followed by the mashed potatoes on top.
- Pour milk over the entire dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
