Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 300g potatoes
  • 200g broccoli
  • 100g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 100ml cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender, then drain.
  4. In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent.
  5. Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, potatoes, and blanched broccoli. Pour in the cream and mix well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
