Cheesy Vegetable and Chicken Bake

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast
- 300g potatoes
- 200g broccoli
- 100g cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 100ml cream
- salt
- pepper
- butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
- Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender, then drain.
- In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, potatoes, and blanched broccoli. Pour in the cream and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
