Cheesy Spinach and Mushroom Bites
Delicious and bite-sized cheesy spinach and mushroom snacks perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 200g spinach
- 150g mushrooms
- 100g cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 50g flour
- salt
- pepper
- oil for frying
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a frying pan, sauté the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic until golden.
- In a bowl, mix the sautéed mushrooms, chopped spinach, cheese, and egg until well combined.
- Add flour to the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
