Cheesy Spinach and Mushroom Bites

Delicious and bite-sized cheesy spinach and mushroom snacks perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 200g spinach
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 100g cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 50g flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a frying pan, sauté the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic until golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sautéed mushrooms, chopped spinach, cheese, and egg until well combined.
  4. Add flour to the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Shape the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool slightly before serving.
