Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 200g broccoli
  • 200g carrots
  • 200g cheese
  • 150ml cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, melt some butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until golden.
  3. Add diced chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped broccoli and sliced carrots; cook for another 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cream and grated cheese together until well combined.
  6. Transfer the chicken and vegetable mixture into a baking dish, pour the cheese sauce over the top, and mix until everything is coated.
  7. Sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
