Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup french fried onions (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a large casserole dish, spread the cooked shredded chicken evenly across the bottom.
  4. Add the green beans on top of the chicken, spreading them out evenly.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and green beans, making sure to coat everything well.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the top of the casserole.
  7. If using, add the french fried onions on top for an extra crunch.
