Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 200g broccoli, chopped
- 250g rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 200g cheese, grated
- 500ml milk
- 30g butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large pot, cook the rice according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
