  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g prosciutto, chopped
  • 50g grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice off the tops. Carefully scoop out the insides to create small cups.
