Carrot Lemonade

A refreshing and healthy blend of carrot and lemon, perfect for cooling off on a hot day. This Carrot Lemonade is easy to make and packed with nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml water
  • 300 g carrots
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 50 g sugar
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the carrots into smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped carrots with water and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to extract the juice.
  4. Mix the carrot juice with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar in a large pitcher, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Serve the Carrot Lemonade over ice cubes and enjoy.
